To build a better community you have to Dream Big. At Drake Cooper we are hopeless dreamers. We dream of a community where we all share the responsibility of making it a better place to work and live. We hope that someday our kids thank us.
Through our annual Dream Big program, we will work with one selected organization to help develop a unique in-kind branding and cause marketing campaign. We hope that our joint work with the charitable organization increases community awareness, understanding, and inspires action around an important cause.

Process
Applications are only accepted September 1st through October 31st each year, via the online application below. Our selection process is to review all applications with the entire Drake Cooper staff and vote on a winner. Each employee gets one vote. Each applicant will be contacted with the results.
Criteria
Drake Cooper wants to hear from applicants who are proactive, full of enthusiasm and passionate about their cause. This project is about having fun and making a difference. Applicants must be an IRS designated 501 c (3) organization with a charitable cause.
Fine Print
Drake Cooper reserves the right to modify this program at any time. Dream Big is not a grant, it’s just us trying to do some good in the community and lend a helping hand. The selection of the annual Dream Big recipient is not scientific and solely based on how our staff feels about the work, the cause and the energy the nonprofit has. We want to hear your ideas, passion, and dedication.
